I sold a classic year Hells Bay (2001) and had an East Cape EVO x built last year. The quality is top shelf and the skiff not only fishes shallow but has added freeboard for running bigger water and fishing inlets and bridges. Fit and finish is equal with Hells Bay and 35% less expensive. They have a long list of standard items that other builders charge extra $$....adds up in the end.
